It is important to bring it to the notice of the reader that whatever has been mentioned here is out of pure philosophic judgement and personal opinions of the writer. It is just part of a systemic trail of thoughts and criticism is welcomed much more than before.

Third world countries such as India have always faced the issue of extreme poverty. The writer personally believes that the problem lies in the core, where the poor get lesser opportunities and eventually are never able to come out of the bubble of poverty, implying- the poor gets poorer. Change is always accompanied by the determined drive to change. And for that one must be exposed to situations that promote a sense of “motivation” and “desire to accomplish” in a person. We would have always heard economists saying how education to all would eventually end global poverty. This is entirely based on the fact that education paves way to broader understanding and the desire to explore further. Technology getting globalized will make this step easier. With mobile phones and internet connectivity in every sector of the society, information becomes more widespread and transparent. This will eventually lead to a more educated and informed people within every society. For instance, when a person from an underprivileged society would gain access to the internet, he would realize how much the society is diverse and different from the way he has seen it. Now he can make a well-informed choice as to how he can work towards changing the things he was previously familiar with into the things and people he finds fascinating. With increasing opportunities due to enhanced digitization and digitalised markets, switching between societal norms and niche is now imaginable.

Wonder being born in the 1900’s and having such low opportunities as to not even be able to jump out of the conventional family job and lead a life without being aware of an amazing life outside your own bubble until your death. And now let’s imagine being born in this millennium and being aware of how society functions and how different people live, now this person will have the privilege to choose a path for himself. This argument is justified by the assumption that technology getting globalized will eventually lead to easier and cheaper access to education across the created classes. We cannot argue with the fact that an educated man will make a smarter choice of leaders which will in the due course pave the way towards a safe, smarter, transparent government where people will be guaranteed with every basic human right and well informed of their fundamental duties.

Not to ignore the fact that accessibility still remains a major issue among the poor. The idea is that with increase in technological advancement its accessibility would eventually get cheaper. And this would eventually decrease the socio-economic gap within societal classes. So, it might not be wrong to say that technology is the global diet for the poor man which would definitely bring him out of hunger and social deprivation.
